These terms apply to the private beta of Motiv'toi Invest (motivtoi.finance). By signing in, you accept them.
A free beta, by invitation
The beta is free. Access is granted individually, after approval of your account; it can be suspended or ended at any time, in particular at the end of the beta.
Paid subscriptions will be announced in advance. Nothing will ever be charged without your explicit subscription.
An information tool, not investment advice
Motiv'toi helps you track your portfolio and compare it with a market index. All information, metrics and scores (including IQS scores and financial ratios) are provided for information and education only.
Nothing on Motiv'toi is financial or investment advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Your investment decisions are yours alone. Investing involves risk, including the loss of capital.
No guarantee on the data
Market data comes from a third-party provider and is updated during the night after each trading day. It may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Valuations, performance figures and scores are calculated from it and from what you enter, and are given without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness or availability.
The beta may contain errors, change without notice or be temporarily unavailable. Keep your own records of your transactions.
Your account
Your account is personal: sign in with your own Google account and do not share your access. You are responsible for what you enter in the app.
Do not try to access other accounts, overload the service or copy its data automatically. We may suspend an account that does not respect these terms.
Your content
Your thesis and your portfolio remain yours. Your thesis is used only to read your application. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any loss resulting from the use of the information provided, from investment decisions, or from an interruption of the service.
Changes and applicable law
These terms may change; the version date above shows the latest update. They are governed by French law.
